B.WISE VINEYARDS is a
100 acre wine estate located in Sonoma, California. The property
is nestled in the hills of the Mayacamas Mountains near the
famed Monte Rosso vineyard and was founded by Brion Wise in
2002. There are 20 acres of vines planted predominately to
Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. The vineyards on the
property are integrated with the natural landscape and slope
gently westward toward the Sonoma Valley. The property has
olive and fruit trees planted as well as an abundant herb
and vergetable gardens. Walking trails, creeks with waterfalls,
oak and manzanita groves, local wildlife are all part of the
beautiful estate setting.

Trios - 2006 Proprietary Red - Dry Creek Valley $32.00
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Bursting with lush berry fruits, a hint of vanilla and spice, with a soft round finish. Aromas of brambly earth and rich allspice, clove and mineral. Moderate tannins and great acidity offer a well structured yet highly approachable Cabernet with a good length and generous flavor. |

Trios - 2007 Syrah - Sonoma Valley - $37.00
Deep, vibrant, glass-coating aromas of juicy raspberry and blueberry leap from the glass with underlying hints of smoke, cured meats, herb-de-Provence and mineral. Round and luscious with great spice. Only 42 cases made!

Brion - 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon- Napa Valley- $70.00
Dark, concentrated and rich, the deep red color is accented with vibrant purple hues. Seductive blackberry and cassis fruits in the nose. Deeply nuances of chocolate, sage and cedar oak tones, shaded with floral violets and smoky under notes. Reminiscent of Grand Cru Bordeaux coupled with opulent California fruit. A wine to age well for decades. |
